Upward Sports

We are so excited here at Newport City for the opportunity to work with your child during our upcoming late Spring Upward basketball season! All players must attend one of the evaluations to determine skill level. Practices will be held either Tuesday or Wednesday based on the teams selected day and games will be played on Saturday mornings. All games and practices will be in the Family Life Center on the church campus. 

2025 SPRING REGISTRATION:
Early Registration: Opens February 24th 
Registration/Evaluations: March 10th & 11th
Games: Begin April 9th

​Volleyball League

Our co-ed Winter volleyball league is on Saturday's in the Family Life Center (Gymnasium), with games starting at 3pm. We welcome players who are ages 12 and up. Games will begin on Saturday, January 4th.

For non-players who want to come and enjoy the games, you can also purchase snacks and drinks during any of the games.

Golf League

The Golf League is spear-headed by Arnie Couch, Co-Director of Hospitality. The games are held on Wednesday afternoons during golf season at a local golf course in Northern Kentucky. For more information regarding the league and how to join, visit the Welcome Center or see Arnie Couch.
